Sweater weather | Look inspiration

One thing I really love about the cold seasons is the change of colors in nature. Although some may say that everything looks dead, without vibrance, I find this natural simplicity beautiful & relaxing.

Changes of color are not present just in nature but also in the way people start to dress. We are “controlled”, influenced by what surrounds us without even realising.

Today I want to show you two different outfit ideas that I came up with & also I want to show you some pieces that I think are absolutely must haves for fall-winter.

  • Turtlenecks – such classical pieces, plain or with interesting patterns – they always add a very elegant, feminine vibe to your look.
  • Statement jewerly & a interesting shaped pair of sunglasses
  • A unusual pair of boots/ shoes – I’m obsessed with this one. I think a cool, different pair of footwear can make your entire look go from a 5 to a 10 in a sec.
  • Cotton, wool skirts – all perfect for these seasons when you don’t feel like wearing the classical denim jean, that will always remain a must have in every wardrobe.

Stay cosy, be the pop of color of the season !

“You expected to be sad in the fall. Part of you died each year when the leaves fell from the trees and their branches were bare against the wind and the cold, wintery light. But you knew there would always be the spring, as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person died for no reason.”
― Ernest Hemingway, A Moveable Feast
