Disco streets

I’ve always liked ripped jeans, the retro, effortless look they give – but when it comes to pairing them & creating “the perfect” look  it can be a little bit tricky. When I got my first pair of ripped jeans I wanted them to be really basic, the classical skinny black jean – similar with the ones I’m wearing in the pictures below, but with less cuts. I think is important when introducing something new, out of your comfort zone – in terms of style (or anything actually )- to start with pieces that don’t “show” a massive change.

Why is a bit hard to style these jeans ? – Because when pairing them you can easily see that there is a thin line between too much, too tiring for the eye  & well put together. Of course style & fashion is not “supposed” to be hard & it is all about expressing yourself.

For my look I’ve decided to pair my ripped black skinny jeans with a retro, funky t-shirt. With these I’m wearing my all black converse & for accessories, two leather bracelets with metal detailing, Steve Madden sunglasses & a black choker.
