Banana Bread (Vegan)

Today I want to share with you a delicious, easy vegan recipe for a well-known baked good – banana bread.

So there you go:

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas
1/2cup cane sugar
11.3 oz all-purpose flour
4.9 oz plant-based milk
1tbsp baking powder
1/8tsp cinnamon
+ 1 banana for the topping

Directions:
    Preheat the oven to 170°C/ 340°F. In a big bowl add the ripe bananas (mashed), the sugar, the milk & the cinnamon – mix well till fully combined. Slowly add the flour without making any lumps, then add the baking powder and give the mixture a final whisk. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the banana bread batter & decorate. To prevent the surface of the bread from burning, remove the bread from the oven after 40 min of cooking time and cover it with aluminium foil.
Cooking temp : 170°C / 340°F
Cooking time : 1h 10 min
Bonus tip: To spice up the recipe you can always add in some nuts, chocolate chips or dried fruits (e.g. cranberries, raisins).
